Brief description
Bronzed plaster bust of Ebenezer Howard. The original version was created by artist Ivy Ruth Young based in Welwyn Garden City, in 1926, when she was 20 years old. The original bronze metal version of the bust was exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in 1927.
