North Herts. environmental and health and control committee acting upon a five-year building programme by the Thames Water Authority, are to build a £308,000 foul and storm water scheme for Letchworth starting in 1977. Committee members also urged that a £165,000 sewerage project at Barley should be started as soon as possible.The paper cutting has yellowed with age and is mounted on yellow card.
