A mounted plan, watercolour medium, recently conserved by MCS. The plan titled "Suggested layout to secure the view over a park to the greatest possible number of houses" details a proposed layout, for Valentines Park, Ilford Garden Suburb by archiect Barry Parker. The plan details points of view to which all houses would be in view of the park. Production date recognisable to circa 1903 to 1907. Not realised.
