Newspaper cutting, source unknown, but probably a national daily newspaper, consisting of an article on: 'THE IDEAL COTTAGE OF THE SOCIETY OF ARTISTS', about entry number 85 in the 1905 Cheap Cottages Exhibition, 106 Wilbury Road, a cottage designed by Miss Elspeth McClelland and contemporary with the exhibition. In the article are reproduced two sketches of the exterior and interior of the cottage by Elspeth McClelland. There is a handwritten note in pencil in the top right corner: 'no 85 in the Catalogue' and the artical has an ink stamp in the centre: 'S. W. PALMER,/ 39 SOUTH VIEW/ LETCHWORTH, HERTS'.
