A man wearing a hat and smoking a pipe is stood behind the fence on the far right. One of the girls is sat in a chair made to look like a throne, she is the flower queen presumably. The boy is wearing a red cape and crown. The girls are wearing large dresses. The event is The Crowning of the Flower Queen, June 1961.
