A black and white photograph, originally taken on June 24th 1896, in the Abbey ruins at The National Rose Society Rose Show at Reading. The photograph depicts all contributors. Amongst the group are Robert and John Harkness. Robert can be seen on the extreme right at the back, wearing a straw boater hat. John Harkness can be seen at the very front. A white bearded man is sat directly behind him. The photograph was taken by Victor White of Reading. This information has been handwritten on the reverse.
